Through this petition, the petitioner seeks anticipatory bail in case bearing FIR No.386 dated 28.11.2019, registered under Sections 420, 120-B IPC and Section 24 of the Immigration Act, at Police Station Division No.8, District Police Commissionerate Ludhiana. Vide order dated 17.12.2021 passed by this Court, the petitioner had been granted ad interim pre-arrest bail and directed to join investigation.
