1. Through the instant petition, as instituted under Section 482 of the B.N.S.S., 2023, the petitioners seek the concession of anticipatory bail, in case FIR No.264 dated 26.08.2024, under Sections 109(1), 115, 3(5) of the B.N.S., 2023 and Section 25(1B) of the Arms Act, 1959, registered at P.S. Sadar Narwana, District Jind.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioners inter alia submits that the case in hand is a case of "no injury". Moreover, no role whatsoever has been assigned to the petitioners in the present FIR. The petitioners are ready to join the investigation and to cooperate with the investigating officer.

3. At this stage, Mr. Yagsimant Attri, Advocate, who records his appearance on behalf of the complainant, under

 a validly executed Vakalatnama instituted before this Court today, opposes the grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioners.

4. Notice of motion for 24.10.2024.

5. Mr. Rajesh Gaur, Addl. A.G., Haryana, accepts notice on behalf of respondent-State of Haryana.

6. In the meantime, the petitioners are directed to join the investigation and to appear before the investigating agency, as and when called upon to do so. In the event of their arrest, they shall be admitted to interim bail on their furnishing bail bonds to the satisfaction of the Arresting/Investigating Officer. The petitioners shall abide by the terms and conditions as envisaged under Section 482(2) of the B.N.S.S., 2023.5
