[6] Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that there is change in circumstances and one of the co-accused has been granted bail. He seeks permission to withdraw the present petition with liberty to approach the Sessions Court to show change in circumstances. [7] Dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for.
