This is a contempt petition filed under Sections 10 and 12 of the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971 read with Article 215 of the Constitution of India, for initiating contempt proceedings against the respondents for violating the order dated 01.03.2017 passed in CWP 13772 of 2016. 2.
Learned counsel for the respondents No. 3 and 4 has submitted that the matter of the passage to the petitioners has been considered by the authorities and necessary compliance of the order was made by the Railway Authorities. However, after the joint inspection by the Railways and Civil BANITA CHUGH 2024.04.05 10:38 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document

Learned counsel for respondents No. 1 and 2 has submitted that the order dated 01.03.2017 passed in CWP 13772 of 2016 has been complied with and speaking order dated 28.07.2023 has also been passed. 4.
Learned counsel for the petitioners does not dispute the same. 5.
In view of the above, the present contempt petition does not survive any more and the same is dismissed.

However, the petitioners would be at liberty to avail any other alternative remedy, but in accordance with law, if they feel aggrieved of the order dated 28.07.2023 passed by the respondents.
