Admittedly, the petitioners have approached the Central Administrative Tribunal (CAT) challenging the promotion orders granted by the respondent authorities to individuals against whom they have a grievance. In view of the pendency of Original Application (OA) before the CAT, parallel proceedings before this Court would not be maintainable. 2.

Petition stands dismissed as not maintainable. More so, the petitioners were not a party to the proceedings in the present case before the CAT.

However, the petitioners are at liberty to raise all their arguments which would be of course dealt with by the concerned Tribunal in accordance with law.
