**** AMIT RAWAL, J. (ORAL) Petitioner is seeking indulgence of this Court for issuance of a writ in the nature of certiorari quashing the order dated 24.05.2018 (Annexure P-5), whereby case of petitioner for promotion to the post of TGT Punjabi has been rejected and further writ of mandamus directing respondent No.2 to consider and promote the petitioner to the post of TGT Punjabi with all consequential benefits. In this regard, had submitted legal notice dated 16.07.2019 (Annexure P-7), but there is no adherence thereto. Learned counsel for petitioner submits that he will be satisfied if a direction is issued to respondent No.2-Director Elementary Education, Haryana, to consider the legal notice dated 16.07.2019 (Annexure P-7) in view of Annexures P-8 and P-9, within a stipulated period. Without going into the merits and demerits of the claim of the petitioner, I deem it appropriate to direct respondent No.2, to consider the legal notice dated dated 16.07.2019 (Annexure P-7) in view of Annexures

This condition of imposing costs is only to prevent petitioner to run from pillar to post and avail remedy of contempt in case of noncompliance of directions issued by this Court.
