The present petition has been filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. for quashing of FIR No.159, dated 15.12.2021, registered under Sections 279 and 304-A IPC at Police Station Division No.2, District Police Commissionerate Jalandhar and all subsequent proceedings arising therefrom on the basis of the compromise dated 06.09.2023, Annexure P-2.

After arguing for some time, learned counsel for the petitioner prays for withdrawal of the present petition.
