The present petition has been filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. for issuance of direction to respondent No.2 not to harass the petitioner. 2.

On the last date i.e. 06.10.2023, the following order was passed : "Learned State counsel on instructions from ASI Parduman Singh submits that the petitioner is involved in 04 other cases under Section 420 IPC, wherein he is being asked to join, however, he is evading.

In the interest of justice, adjourned to 12.10.2023." 3.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that there is no notice that was received from the Investigating Agency.

Learned State counsel submits that as and when the petitioner is required, a notice shall be issued to him.

The aforesaid satisfies the learned counsel for the petitioner, who prays for withdrawal of the present petition. 6.

Ordered accordingly.
