The statements of the parties have since been recorded before the Mediation & Conciliation Centre situated in this Court. The parties have stated that the Compromise Annexure A-1 is genuine and acceptable to them and that the appeal be disposed off in terms of the Compromise Annexure A-1. As per the terms of the compromise, the disputed land which is 8 kanals is to be given to the respondent and the present appeal is to be withdrawn.
