The petitioner is seeking issuance of directions to respondent No.2 to look into the detailed representation dated 01.07.2024 (Annexure P-7) and to conduct fair, proper and impartial enquiry/investigation of FIR No.403 dated 04.12.2023 under Sections 279, 304-A, 337, 338 and 427 of the IPC registered at Police Station Tanda, District Hoshiarpur 2.

After arguing for some time, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner would be satisfied if appropriate directions are issued to respondent No.3-Senior Superintendent of Police, Hoshiarpur, to look into the representation dated 01.07.2024 (Annexure P-7) of the petitioner and take appropriate action in accordance with law. 3.
