(Oral) This petition has been filed, inter alia, seeking a writ of certiorari quashing the impugned provisional seniority list dated 06.07.2023 as on 01.02.2023, Annexure P-7, to the extent whereby private respondents No.3 and 4 have been made seniors to the petitioner in the said seniority list of Principal School Cadre (Rest of Haryana Cadre) in violation of Principles of Natural Justice.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that grievance raised herein is pending for appropriate decision before the respondents. At this stage, the petitioner will be satisfied in case respondent No.2 is directed to decide his pending representation, dated 10.07.2023/12.07.2023 (Annexure P-9), in a specified period.

Mr. Ravinder Singh Budhwar, Addl. AG, Haryana, appearing on advance notice, submits that the pending representation, dated PAYAL 2023.10.04 17:18 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this order/judgment

In view thereof, without going into merits of the case, the petition is disposed of with a direction to respondent No.2/Director, Department of Secondary Education, Haryana, to consider and decide the pending representation, dated 10.07.2023/12.07.2023, by passing a speaking order in accordance with law, within a period of three months from the date of receiving a certified copy of this order.
