Mr. Piyush Sharma, Advocate accepts notice on behalf of the non-applicant/appellants and states that he has no objection if the present application is allowed.

In view thereof, the present application is allowed. With the consent of both the learned counsel for the parties, the main appeal being RSA-4285-2013 is taken on Board today itself. RSA-4285-2013 5.

CM-10346-C-2024 was filed for disposing off the main appeal in terms of the compromise arrived at between the parties. Vide order dated AMAN JAIN 2024.11.22 09:32 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this order/judgment

RSA-4285-2013 (O&M) -211.11.2024 the parties were directed to appear before the Mediation and Conciliation Centre of this Court for recording of their statements qua the compromise. Statements have since been recorded before the Mediation and Conciliation Centre which have duly been signed by all the parties concerned admitting the terms of the compromise. 6.

In view thereof, learned counsel for the appellants seeks permission to withdraw the present appeal in terms of the compromise arrived at between the parties.
