Present petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. for issuance of directions to respondents No.2 & 3 to consider & decide the representation dated 30.07.2019 (Annexure P2), as per law; also to complete the investigation in case FIR No. 69 dated 19.07.2018, registered under Sections 465, 468, 471 & 120-B IPC at Police Station Sadar Rampura, District Bathinda and submit final report under Section 173 Cr.P.C. and also to protect the life and liberty of the petitioner and his family members at the hands of respondents No.4 to 13.

Learned counsel for the petitioner contended that for the redressal of his grievance, petitioner made a representation dated 30.07.2019 (Annexure P2) to respondent No.2-Senior Superintendent of Police, Bathinda, but still no action has been taken thereon. Notice of motion.
