Prayer in this writ petition is for setting-aside notice dated 21.07.2025 (Annexure P-4), whereby technical bid of petitioner stands disqualified. Prayer has also been made for setting-aside notice dated 25.07.2025 (Annexure P-6) vide which representation dated 22.07.2025 (Annexure P-5) submitted by petitioner has been rejected. 2.

Learned counsel for respondent submits that this writ petition is rendered infructuous as tender dated 22.04.2025 has been cancelled and fresh tender shall be issued.
