The grouse of petitioner working as Executive Engineer with department of Local Bodies, Civil Secretariat, Chandigarh is with regard to preparation of final seniority list of Executive Engineers contending that it has not been finalized so far and names are being included and excluded by the department in a arbitrary manner; that petitioner had submitted representation to Principal Secretary to Government of Haryana, Urban Local Bodies Department, Chandigarh dated 18.11.2021 (Annexure P-4) in that regard but it has not been decided so far, therefore, the petitioner has approached this Court by way of filing the present writ petition.

Keeping in view the nature of the dispute between the parties as well as prayer made by the petitioner, for the purpose of enabling respondent No. 1 to consider the claim of petitioner and then to take appropriate action, if need be and further to avoid unnecessary litigation, the writ petition is disposed of directing respondent No. 1 to consider the representation of the petitioner in accordance with law, rules, regulations PARVINDER SINGH 2021.12.

CWP No. 26041 of 2021 and instructions on the subject within a period of two months from the date of receipt of copy of the order and if some action in the matter is warranted then the needful be done in accordance with law. A speaking order in that regard be passed, which be conveyed to the petitioner as per registered A.D. Post. If the petitioner feels dissatisfied after passing of the order then he may approach the Court again in accordance with law. (H.S.
