The petitioner through instant petition under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India is seeking direction to respondent No.3-Central Govt. Industrial Tribunal-cum-Labour Court-II, Haryana to decide EPF Appeal No.25 of 2018 in a time bound manner. 2.

The petitioner claims that the appeal against action of respondent No.2 was filed in 2018 and it is still pending. It is causing grave prejudice to petitioner which is an association of Home Guard Employees.
