(Oral) The petitioners alleges violation of the order dated07.03.2019 vide which while disposing of the writ petition, it was directed that the petitioners be reinstated on Class-IV post and if some new regular candidates join, the petitioners can be relieved. Counsel for the State, on the basis of the affidavit of the Executive Engineer, Water Services Mechanical Division, Narnaul, submits that the petitioners were appointed through outsourcing agency and by passing a speaking order, their services have been dispensed with as the regular appointees have joined the services now. Accordingly, the present petition is disposed of having been rendered infructuous.
