Despite the aforesaid fact, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he may be permitted to withdraw the present petition with liberty to the petitioner to avail the appropriate remedies available under law.

In view of the above submission made by learned counsel for the petitioner, the present petition is ordered to be dismissed as withdrawn with liberty aforesaid.
