The present writ petition has been filed for issuance of a direction to the respondents to allot plot of 100 square yards to the eligible persons and further for directions to respondents No.2 and 3 to take a decision on the application dated 18.06.2024 (Annexure P-8).

Learned counsel for the petitioners states that at this stage the petitioners would be satisfied if a direction is issued to respondent No.2 to decide the application dated 08.08.2023 (Annexure P-7). Learned counsel for the petitioners has further pointed out that in compliance of the order dated 11.09.2024 passed by this Court, an affidavit has been filed. 3.

Learned counsel for the respondents states that respondent No.2 would decide the application dated 08.08.2023 (Annexure P-7) within a period of six weeks from today.
