The present petition has been filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. for issuance of direction to respondent Nos.1 to 3 to conduct free and fair investigation in FIR No.44, dated 16.06.2023, registered under Sections 302 and 34 IPC at Police Station Daba, District Ludhiana. 2.

Learned State counsel on instructions from ASI Jarnail Singh submits that challan in the present case was presented on 13.09.2023 while even charges had been framed on 09.10.2023.

Faced with this, learned counsel for the petitioner prays for withdrawal of the present petition with liberty to avail of any other alternate remedy, if any, available to him in accordance with law. 4.
