CM-2327-C-2019 This is application for placing on record copy of compromise dated 19.01.2019 as Annexure A-1.

Learned counsel for the appellant submits that the matter has since been amicably settled vide compromise (Annexure A-1) and seeks permission to place on record the same.

Request allowed. Compromise Annexure A-1 is taken on record subject to all just exceptions.

RSA-4341-2013(O&M) -2Learned counsel for respondent No.1 Guddi has no objection if the request of learned counsel for the appellant is allowed. Keeping in view the submission of learned counsel for the parties, the appeal is taken on board for hearing today itself. RSA-4341-2013 As per compromise (Annexure A-1) between the parties, the matter has been amicably settled.

Learned counsel appearing for respondent No.1 Guddi submits that he has instructions to accept the compromise between the parties, which has been placed on file as Annexure A-1. He has no objection if the appeal is accepted and suit filed by the appellant is decreed. Learned counsel for the appellant submits that respondent No.2 Kamla Devi is mother of the appellant and is non-contesting party. He has also filed power of attorney on behalf of respondent No.2 and submits that he has authority from respondent No.2 to state that she accepts compromise and has no objection if the suit filed by appellant is decreed as per compromise (Annexure -A1).

In view of submission of learned counsel for the parties, this appeal is accepted and suit of the appellant-plaintiff is decreed as per compromise Annexure A-1, which shall be read as part of decree. ( SURINDER GUPTA ) February 20, 2019. JUDGE Sachin M.
