The present petition has been filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. for quashing of FIR No.248, dated 13.11.2021, registered under Sections 22/61/85 of NDPS Act at Police Station City Sunam, District Sangrur, and all other consequential proceedings arising therefrom. 2.

After arguing for some time, learned counsel for the petitioner prays for withdrawal of the present petition with liberty to take up all pleas before the trial Court at the appropriate stage, in accordance with law.
