The petitioner prays for issuance of the writ in the nature of certiorari to quash the orders dated 18.08.2002 and 01.04.2022. 2.
In essence, the petitioner prays for directions to the respondents to regularize his services from the date the workmen, who were recruited after him, were regularized. On reading of the order passed on 01.04.2022, it is evident that services of the aforesaid workers were regularized in compliance with the direction of the High Court in COCP No. 669 of 1995. The petitioner's service stood regularized w.e.f. the year 2011. The petitioner, on attaining the age of superannuation, retired on 31.03.2022. In these circumstances, the petitioner cannot claim discrimination by the official respondents vis-a-vis the aforesaid with late Sh.Gurbax Singh, Sh.Gurdial Singh, Sh. Amar Singh, Sh.Subhash Singh and Sh.Kashmir DEEPAK KUMAR BHARDWAJ 2023.02.07 15:07 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document Singh.

Keeping in view the aforesaid facts, this Court does not find it appropriate to exercise its extraordinary writ jurisdiction. Hence, the present writ petition is dismissed.
