Mr. Pridhi Jaswinder Sandhu, Advocate for the petitioner. ARVIND SINGH SANGWAN J. (Oral) Status report filed in the Court is taken on record, which reflect that the petitioner is involved in two more FIRs, one under the NDPS Act and another under the Excise Act.

Counsel for the State, as per the affidavit, submits that the co-accused Sunny @ Pawan was arrested and he has made a disclosure statement that the petitioner along with other accused Babli has committed theft in the house of the complainant. It is also stated that even Babli has been granted the concession of regular bail, after his custodial investigation was done.

At this stage, counsel for the petitioner submits that he may be permitted to withdraw this petition with liberty to the petitioner to surrender before the trial Court and the trial Court be directed to decide the regular bail application of the petitioner expeditiously. Dismissed as withdrawn with liberty aforesaid. In case the petitioner surrenders before the trial Court within a period of 01 week from today and apply for regular bail, the trial Court will dispose of the regular bail application of the petitioner within a period of 03 days thereafter.
