RAJESH BHARDWAJ, J.(ORAL) Petitioner has approached this Court praying for quashing of order dated 01.08.2023, Annexure P-7, passed by learned Financial Commissioner, Haryana, setting aside the order dated 06.10.2021, Annexure P-6, whereby learned Assistant Collector Ist Grade remanded the matter with a direction to prepare a fresh Naksha Gha. It is also prayed to issue direction to quash the Sanad Taksim, dated 06.06.2016, Annexure P-4, the same being in gross violation of the settled mode of partition, dated 26.11.2024, Annexure P-3, as well as the settled law regarding partition of revenue estate.

After arguing for some time, learned counsel for the petitioner fairly submits that he may be allowed to withdraw this petition with liberty to approach the learned Financial Commissioner for redressal of his grievances.

Allowed as prayed for.
