RAJESH BHARDWAJ, J.(ORAL) Petitioner has approached this Court praying for issuance of a writ in the nature of mandamus directing respondents No.2 to 6 to take action against private respondents No.7 and 8 on the complaints dated 01.11.2021 and 06.07.2022, Annexures P-1 and P-2 expeditiously or in a time bound manner.

It has been contended by counsel for the petitioner that representation, Annexures P-1 and P-2, were filed by the petitioner on 01.11.2021 and 06.07.2022, but no decision has been taken on the same till date.

Notice of motion to official respondents only at this stage. On asking of the Court, Ms.Akshita Chauhan, Deputy Advocate General, Punjab, who is present in Court, accepts notice on behalf of the respondents/State.

After hearing counsel for the parties, the present petition is disposed of with a direction to respondent No.5, i.e. District Development MEENU 2023.09.20 15:21 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this order/judgment
