ALKA SARIN, J. (ORAL) None had put in appearance on behalf of the petitioner on 22.07.2022. However, on written request, the case was adjourned to 15.11.2022. On 15.11.2022 also none had put in appearance on behalf of the petitioner and the following order was passed : "The matter has been called twice, but no one has put in appearance on behalf of the petitioner. In the interest of justice, adjourned to 27.02.2023.

It is made clear that no further adjournment shall be granted."

Today the case has been called twice. No one has put in appearance on behalf of the petitioner. It appears that the petitioner is not interested in pursuing the revision petition. This Court is left with no other option but to dismiss the present revision petition for non-prosecution. Dismissed for non-prosecution.
