 The present third petition has been filed under Section 439 Cr.P.C. for the grant of regular bail to the petitioner in case FIR No.25, dated 11.04.2022, under Section 22-A of NDPS Act, 1985, registered at Police Station Ghal Khurd, District Ferozepur, Punjab. Learned counsel for the State at the outset has submitted that all the prosecution witnesses have been examined. In view of the submission made by learned State counsel, the present petition is disposed of. The trial Court is directed to expedite the trial.
