Present petition has been filed by the run away couple seeking direction to respondents No.1 to 3 to protect their lives and liberty from the hands of respondents No.4 and 5, who are unnecessarily harassing them and in this regard representation (Annexure P-5) dated 16.10.2022 has already been filed by the petitions to respondent No.2. As per the copies of AADHAR cards (Annexures P-1 and P-2), it appears that both the petitioners are major and it has been stated in the petition that they preformed marriage on 16.10.2022. ( 2 ) CRWP-10048-2022 In view of above, without going into merits of the case, this petition is hereby disposed of with direction to respondent No.2 to consider representation (Annexure P-5) and to provide appropriate protection to the petitioners if so warranted, after verifying the facts of the case. However, any observations made in this order will not be construed as an expression of opinion on the validity of the marriage of the petitioners. In case the petitioners have committed any offence, the law will take its own course.
