RAJESH BHARDWAJ, J.(ORAL) Instant petition has been filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. impugning the order dated 02.09.2019 passed by learned Additional Sessions Judge, Panipat, whereby the revision filed against the order dated 27.07.2018 passed by learned JMIC, Panipat, was accepted for summoning the proposed accused under Section 190 1(b) Cr.P.C. The case is pending consideration since the year 2019. A perusal of the record would show that on 04.11.2019, no one was present on behalf of the petitioner. Thereafter the case came up for hearing on 12.12.2019 on which date again no-one was present. Then, the case came up for hearing on 28.09.2022 but again the petitioner was not represented by any one and hence the case was adjourned for today. Position is not different today. It has been brought to the notice of this Court by the learned State counsel that main accused in this case has already been acquitted by the trial Court on 11.04.2019.
