(ORAL) Through this petition under Section 438 Cr.P.C., prayer has been made for grant of anticipatory bail to petitioners, namely; Gurpreet Singh @ Piti Singh and another, in case FIR No. 69 dated 15.06.2019 under Section 61 of the Punjab Excise Act, 1914, Police Station Chhajli, District Sangrur.

On instructions from SI Harnek Singh, learned State counsel submits that petitioners have joined the investigation and are no more required for interrogation.

In view of the above, order dated 01.10.2019, passed by this Court is made absolute.
