Petitioner-Sushil Kumar Saini has moved this application under Section 482 Cr.P.C. for issuance of necessary directions to official respondents to take prompt action against the private respondents and to registered a criminal case.

( 2 ) CRM-M-53492-2021 The counsel for the petitioner submitted that the police has not taken any action against the private respondents despite complaint/representation dated 15.9.2021 (Annexure P-8) moved before the authorities. He further submitted that he will be satisfied if necessary direction is given to respondent No.2 to take action on the aforesaid representation.

State counsel submits that the concerned authority will look into the matter and take decision on the representation of the petitioner in accordance with law.

In the light of the above, the petition is disposed of with a direction to respondent No.2 to consider and decide the representation dated 15.9.2021 (Annexure P-8) in accordance with law within a period of next two months from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order.
