Learned State counsel has produced a copy of letter addressed to the Advocate General, Haryana, from Secretary, Haryana Staff Selection Commission, giving the reasons of the petitioner not having been selected being on account of younger in age, viz-a-viz, those, who have been appointed, scoring the same marks as her, i.e. 65, but older than her. Copy thereof has been furnished to the learned counsel for the petitioner, who thus does not press the present petition any further. 2.
