As prayed for, liberty is reserved to the petitioner, that in case post the institution of the complaint, the amount carried in the negotiable instruments concerned, is evidently liquidated to the complainant, hence to make a motion before the learned Magistrate concerned, seeking composition of offence(s), arising from dishonour of negotiable instrument(s) concerned. In case the afore motion is made, before the learned Magistrate concerned, the latter shall proceed, in accordance with law, to make an expeditious decision thereon.
