(ORAL) Defendants are in Second Appeals against the judgment and decree dated 02.09.2013 passed by learned Additional District Judge, Gurgaon, whereby the appeal filed by the plaintiffs against the judgment and decree dated 21.02.2012 passed by learned Civil Judge (Junior Division), Gurgaon, has been allowed; and the suit of the plaintiffs for declaration and possession has been decreed in toto. 2.

Both the above said appeals are being disposed of by this DIVYANSHI 2025.12.05 19:06 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document

RSA No. 4453 of 2013 (O&M) -2 - common order as the facts, issues and parties in both the appeals are similar.

Learned counsel for the parties are ad idem that the entire dispute stands compromised between the parties by way of Compromise Deed dated 30.11.2025. The original of the said Compromise Deed is handed over in Court today, which is taken on record. Learned counsel for the parties submit that the present Second Appeals be disposed of in terms of the said Compromise Deed and further pray that the decree sheet be prepared on the basis of the said Compromise Deed. 4.

In view of the statement made by learned counsel for the parties, present Second Appeals are being disposed of in terms of Compromise Deed dated 30.11.2025.

Registry is directed to prepare the decree-sheet accordingly and the Compromise Deed dated 30.11.2025 be also form the part of the decree-sheet.

Needless to say, the parties shall adhere to the terms and conditions of the Compromise Deed dated 30.11.2025. 8.
