Learned counsel for the petitioners states that earlier the brother of the petitioners, against whom FIR No.152 dated 04.09.2023 under Sections 363 and 366-A of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 had been registered at Police Station Khanna City-2, Khanna, was absconding and the petitioners were being harassed by the police. Therefore, the present petition was filed. However, on 03.10.2023, the brother of the petitioners has been arrested. 2.

In view of the above, learned counsel for the petitioners states that he does not wish to press the present petition at this stage. 3.

Dismissed as not pressed. Pending applications, if any, also stand disposed off.
