Learned State counsel has produced a copy of statement of the alleged detenue-Parminder Kaur, 34 years old, made before the Investigating Officer, which is taken on record as Mark 'A', as per which, she along with her child, is living with one Gopal Bansal and that she is MA/B.Ed., in view of which, learned counsel for the petitioner prays for withdrawal of the present petition to avail of alternate remedy that may be available to him, in accordance with law.
