LPA-1177-2018 This is an appeal under clause X of the Letters Patent filed against the judgement and order dated 17.04.2018 passed by learned Single Judge dismissing the writ petition challenging the award passed by Labour Court dated 24.09.2015.

Labour Court non-suited the appellant on the ground that he was only a contract employee and after the tenure was completed, contract was not extended or renewed and, thus, he had no right to claim the post. Learned Single Judge also dismissed the writ petition on the same ground.
