(ORAL) This petition has been filed by the petitioner for issuance of appropriate orders/directions to the Court of learned Sub Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Phul, District Bathinda, to decide Criminal Complaint COMI87-2020 dated 11.12.2020 titled as "Gurmukh Singh v. Kulvir Singh etc." under Sections 420, 465, 466, 467, 468, 471, 120-B, 212, 201, 202, 218, 219 IPC registered at Police Station City Rampura, as expeditiously as possible.

Perusal of orders dated 21.02.2022, 11.05.2022, 08.08.2022 and 04.10.2022 shows that arguments were not addressed and the case was adjourned on the request of learned counsel for the petitioner-complainant. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that on the next date of hearing arguments would be addressed on the point of summoning of accused by the learned counsel for the petitioner-complainant.
