(ORAL) By way of present Letters Patent Appeal under Clause X of the Letters Patent, appellants have laid challenge to the interim order passed by learned Single Judge on 01.03.2017 in CWP No.7298 of 2016 whereby the appellants have been directed to deposit a sum of ` 10,000/- per month with the Additional District Magistrate, SAS Nagar, w.e.f. 10.02.2016 for enjoying the possession of the property despite ejectment order dated 10.02.2016 passed by Additional District Magistrate, SAS, Nagar. It is further clarified that depositing of the said amount will be considered as mesne profit provided for use and occupation of the property during the pendency of the writ petition.

We do not find any illegality or perversity in the impugned order. Present appeal appears to be an abuse of process of the Court, therefore, the Ravinder Singh 2017.03.28 10:38 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this document
-2LPA No.446 of 2017 same is dismissed with a cost of ` 25,000/- to be deposited with the Member Secretary, Punjab State Legal Services Authority. 3.
At this stage, learned counsel for the appellants prays that he may be allowed to withdraw the appeal.
