This order shall dispose of CRM-M-46861-2023 (O&M) & CRM-M-50309-2023 (O&M), as both the petitions are interconnected and have arisen out of same complaint case, i.e., COMI-443-2017. However, the lead case is CRM-M-46861-2023 (O&M).

Both the aforementioned petitions have been filed for quashing of Complaint Case No.COMI-443-2017, dated 16.11.2017, titled as, "Rahul v. Trisha Verma and others" for commission of offence under Sections 420, 495, 496, 499, 500, 34 of IPC r/w Information Technology Act and all consequential proceedings arising therefrom, including summoning order JAWALA RAM 2026.02.18 11:29 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this document

At the very outset, learned counsel for the petitioner(s) submits that the parties have since arrived at a compromise and, therefore, he may be permitted to withdraw both the aforementioned petitions. 4.

Learned counsel appearing for the respondent(s) also endorses the aforesaid statement.

In view thereof, both petitions stand dismissed as withdrawn. Pending misc. application(s), if any, also stand(s) disposed of. Let a copy of this order be forwarded to the concerned trial Court.
