Challenge in the present revision petition filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of the India is to the order dated 17.08.2024 (Annexure P-1) vide which the application filed by the petitioner under Order 6 Rule 17 CPC for amendment of the plaint was dismissed. 2.

During the pendency of the present petition, as per the E-Courts website of District Courts, Ambala, the main suit itself stands dismissed with costs vide judgment and decree dated 17.01.2025 and hence the present petition has since been rendered infructuous. 3.

Dismissed as having become infructuous. Pending applications, if any, also stand disposed off.
