Learned State counsel as well as learned counsel for the private respondents do not raise any objection to the aforesaid course of action being adopted.

Keeping in view the aforesaid submissions made by learned counsel for the petitioner, the present writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn.

4.1 Since the matter is pending since 2004, the Assistant Collector, Ist Grade, Pehowa is directed to make earnest endeavour to conclude the partition proceedings expeditiously and preferably within a period of six months from the date of appearance of the parties before him, after affording due opportunity of hearing to all the concerned parties. 4.2 The parties are directed to appear either personally or through their respective counsel(s) before the Assistant Collector, Ist Grade, Pehowa on 28.05.2025.
