(ORAL) Challenge in this Letters Patent Appeal under Clause X of the Letters Patent of the Punjab and Haryana High Court is to the judgment dated 16.02.2017 passed by learned Single Judge in CWP No.9129 of 2013 whereby the matter has been remanded to the Advisor, Chandigarh Housing Board, Administration where the parties were directed to appear on 09.03.2017. The said authority has been directed to decide the revision petition filed by alleged Rajesh Kumar within a period of two months from the date of receipt of certified copy of the order. 2.

In such a situation, we do not find any justification to interfere with the remand order passed by learned Single Judge. Needless to say that all the points regarding maintainability, locus standi of Rajesh Kumar as Ravinder Singh 2017.03.28 10:38 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this document
