(Oral) At this stage, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners submits that he is unable to place on record the particulars of the details of the reference petitions, which are pending before the Deputy Commissioner, Rewari, relating to the present petition. In the given circumstances, learned counsel submits that at this stage, he does not want to pursue with the present revision petition, which may be dismissed as withdrawn, with liberty to file fresh one (if not so decided by the respondents) as and when he gets details of the reference, so made.
