(ORAL) After the matter was heard for some time, when issue was raised with respect to maintainability of this Letters Patent Appeal directed against an order with an interim direction dated 27.07.2018 passed by learned Single Judge in a pending review application, learned counsel for the appellant finding it difficult to assail the proposition, sought leave of the Court to withdraw the appeal with liberty to make an appropriate application before the learned Single Judge in the pending review application.

Prayer made is allowed.

Appeal stands dismissed as withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty.
