**** MAHABIR SINGH SINDHU, J.
Present writ petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution, inter alia, for directing the respondents to grant the benefits of Contribution Pension Scheme dated 12.12.2006 (P-2) to the petitioner with effect from the date of her appointment in year 2006; further to deposit the necessary amount alongwith interest in her account. It is averred that Legal Notice dated 15.04.2022 (P-6) made by petitioner is still pending before the quarter concerned. In view of the above, but without expressing any opinion on merits of the claim of petitioner, this writ petition is disposed off with direction to the competent authority to consider and decide the Legal Notice dated 15.04.2022 as per law, within four (04) weeks from receipt of certified copy of this order.
Needless to say that in case there is a failure on the part of competent authority, petitioner would be at liberty to move an appropriate application for revival of this writ petition. October 20, 2022 ( MAHABIR SINGH SINDHU ) 'dk kamra'
