By way of this petition filed under Section 482 CrPC, the petitioner seeks modification of order dated 22.11.2022 passed in the bail petitions. It is clear that in case the petitioner wanted any modification, then he should have filed an application in the same bail petition and not a separate petition. Even otherwise, the said bail petition was decided by a coordinate Bench of this Court and it would be inappropriate for this Court to modify the order passed by a sitting Judge.

As such, the present petition is disposed of with liberty to file any such application in the said bail petition.
