**** ANOOP CHITKARA, J. (ORAL) In paragraph 11 of the petition, the petitioner declares that he has no criminal history. However, State counsel on instructions submits that the petitioner has involvement in one more cases.
At this stage, counsel for the petitioner wants to withdraw the present petition with liberty to file fresh petition. Given above, the present petition stands disposed of having been withdrawn with liberty aforesaid. State to hand over the custody certificate to the counsel for the petitioner to enable him to file a fresh petition. Since the petitioner was arrested on 03.05.2021, the trial is expedited. Trial Court to make an endeavour to complete the same by 30.04.2023. It is clarified that petitioner shall not seek any adjournment. All pending miscellaneous applications, if any, stand disposed of.
