The instant Letters Patent Appeal is directed against an interlocutory order whereby learned Single Judge has directed medical reexamination of the respondent by a Medical Board of Post Graduate Institute of Medical Education and Research, Chandigarh. It has also been directed that Medical experts from Air Force would also be associated while conducting the medical examination. The controversy pertains to the fitness of the respondent for recruitment to the post of Airman in Air Force. The medical examination was directed to be conducted on 27.03.2017 but it is stated that the same has been postponed.

In our considered view no case to interfere with the interlocutory order is made out. Suffice to observe that even if the Meenu 2017.04.18 14:55 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this document chandigarh

LPA-539-2017 (O&M) -2respondent is found medically fit, the appellants shall be at liberty to raise their all the contentions/objections before the learned Single Judge at the time of final hearing.
